Welcome to the website of the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight Industry (NBCRFI).

We are a service-centred organisation whose basic core function, simply put, lies in facilitating and mediating conditions of employment between our industry employers and employees. While the substance of what we do remains unchanged, the Council is greatly focused on upgrading the quality of service delivery. The website forms an important element of this endeavour as improving communication is key to improved service. The website is one of the channels through which industry role-players and other stakeholders can learn more about the Council and its operations. Also important is that it is also a critical vehicle towards keeping the road freight industry informed and up-to-date on the various activities undertaken by Council.   Information and education are the mainstays. Therefore we urge you to become a regular visitor to this site as it is to become an essential information hub for the industry.
