Welcome to the website of the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight Industry (NBCRFI).
We are a service-centred organisation whose basic core function, simply put, lies in facilitating and mediating conditions of employment between our industry employers and employees. While the substance of what we do remains unchanged, the Council is greatly focused on upgrading the quality of service delivery. The website forms an important element of this endeavour as improving communication is key to improved service.
